An Aimless man

Here sits a lonely man,
No follower around; no one his fan.
All friends absent to share beer can,
He sits here gloomy aimless man.

A girl he loved, she did break up,
Alone he gazes at the coffee shop.
Dreamily holding coffee cup,
No idea nor plan of mind did crop.

Rechristened looser by his pop,
His failure was his mother's sob.
His peace, his sleep, all were rob,
Alas! He never wished any job.

Days of dismay passed him by,
Worthless guys by him stood by.
To solitary spots he went to cry,
Life for him was dull and dry.

With a heavy heart's unconscious throb,
On a moonless night he went to sob.
Up above he looked into the sky,
Wiping tears he paused his cry.

He pondered "what job did the stars?"
Who paid them for their endless sparks?
No rays they spread, yet loved by all,
Why aimless man is doomed to fall?
